Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days after receiving the item.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you are no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To be eligible for a refund, you must fit the criteria below and your item must be returned to our warehouse.
Valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit.
Returns without prior advise from our customer service team will not be valid for a refund.
Personalized items & used items can not be returned. All returned items must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require that you have received instructions from our customer service team regarding the return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The customer shall be responsible for all return shipping cost.
All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 2 to 5 days after the return is processed.
